Drive Notts was created to give learners a more organised, honest and supportive way to learn to drive. After many years in the driver training industry, we understand that learners need more than just someone sitting beside them in a car. They need structure, patience, clear feedback, local knowledge and instructors who genuinely care about their progress.
Drive Notts is built on over 15 years of experience in the driver training industry, including learner driver training, instructor development and examiner-level knowledge of driving standards. This background has helped shape the way Drive Notts is built and the standards we expect from our instructors.

From the beginning, our aim has been simple: to create a driving school where lessons are calm, purposeful and properly planned. We do not believe in rushed, random or unstructured lessons. Every lesson has a clear objective, helping learners understand what they are working on, what needs improving and what the next step is.
Our instructors are selected for their professionalism, reliability, high teaching standards and ability to keep lessons calm, focused and productive.
